Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on orders up to $75.00 within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Packages will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Mail unless another shipping method is selected.

Orders placed on Sunday will ship on Monday.

While most orders are processed within 24-hours, orders may take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment. 

Returns & Exchanges

From the date your order arrives at your door, we give you 30 days to fall in love. If you decide your purchase is not right for you, or if you want to exchange it for the right size, initiate your return by sending an email to customerservice@chanteljewels.com or creating an account with us to manage self-returns.

To be eligible for a return, the piece must be sent back in its original packaging and must be accompanied by the original receipt. * Products purchased during a 'final sale' promotion are ineligible for returns/exchanges.
